Terms and Conditions.

Payment of this invoice is your guest registration and agreement between: You and Gresford Park Land Managers. You agree to the following terms and conditions during your stay. * Comply with all terms, conditions, site rules, signage and instructions from management. * Liable for any loss or damage to the property * Responsible for all costs, and will be paid prior to setting up on the site. * Number of guests will not exceed 4 per site unless an additional camper is paid for. * Evacuation procedures are displayed in common areas of the property. In case of evacuations, please follow all procedures and evacuate in a timely manner. * Children are to be supervised at all times. Children under 12 must be supervised by a competent adult when using the amenities and river. * Quiet Time - all noise must cease between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. in consideration of others, no noise is permitted after midnight. Abusive language and/or excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. * Excessive consumption of alcohol is not permitted. Violence, use of illegal drugs, theft, vandalism and abuse (physical or verbal) will not be tolerated. If any of this behavior occurs, we will notify the Police and terminate your stay. * Speed limit of the park is 5km/h unless otherwise signposted and applies to the entire park. If you exceed the limit and is brought to our attention we will issue a warning and if this continues to occur we reserve the right to ask you to leave. * Garbage bins are provided throughout the property for your convenience. Please assist by wrapping all garbage prior to its disposal and unfolding boxes, cartons etc. Please place only recyclable materials into the recycling bins. * Fires - All fires must be in fire pits. No other open fires or flames are permitted. Firefighting equipment should be available near the fire. Failure to do so may result in termination of occupancy * Bicycles/scooters ect - Riding of bikes/scooter ect is allowed during daylight hours and on roadways only. Helmets must be worn at all times. Children must be supervised at all time by a competent adult. The skate park at the entry to the park is not supervised or maintained by the camp grounds and it is the responsibility of a competent adult to ensure the Childs safety at this location. * River - management warns all residents, guests and visitors that the river may result in harm or personal injury. Management are not liable for any injury or loss whatsoever associated with such pursuits. * You agree to promptly report all incidents to the site manager * You are responsible for all of your personal items. The park takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen during the occupancy. * Laundry - equipment must be left clean after use. If you wish to hang clothes to dry please use the clothes line provided. Placing ropes between trees, power points, or any other area is not allowed. * Animals - must remain on a lead at all times and if they become aggressive or are loud management reserve the right to ask you to leave. * Management reserve the right to evict guests without compensation for breaches of the terms and conditions, including Behaving in an inappropriate or unlawful way, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language and or antisocial behavior, not declaring extra guests or visitors staying onsite, use of illegal substances, theft or any act that breaches laws in NSW * By making payment to stay at Gresford Showgrounds you are acknowledging that this is an agreement that you will be bound too and any legal liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any nature for damage, injury or illness caused by and or arising out of the occupancy outlined above.
